For our Minds Behind Organ-on-Chip series Minds Behind Organ-on-Chip, we had the opportunity to speak to Christian Maass, Lead of MPSlabs, a business unit of ESQlabs GmbH in Germany. Chris shares insights into his role at MPSlabs and talks about our joint project on predicting placental transfer of drugs during pregnancy by combining in vitro data from a gut-liver-placenta model with MPSlabs’ expertise in computational modeling and digital twinning.
