Build organ-on-chip models with minimal cell material as input. This kit contains all consumables needed to build organ models that replicate epithelial and endothelial interfaces between tissue compartments of in vitro lung, liver, or gut models. These models can be combined with vasculature or set up as vasculature-only models.

The 2-Channel Kit -precious, includes our BC005, a biochip containing one porous membrane dividing the culture chamber into a top and bottom channel accessible via ports. The channels inside this biochip are narrower compared to our other biochips reducing the amount of cell material needed.
Cell suspensions, coatings and gels can be introduced individually into each channel enabling the creation of cell layers and complex tissues on both sides of the membrane.
The separation of the channels allows to nourish the cells and tissues with individual media and with individual flow rates per channel (or no flow at all).
Additionally, circulating cell populations can be introduced. Matching reservoirs facilitate perfusion and ensure nutritional supply up to three days without medium exchange.

In addition to the kit, you will require a peristaltic pump. If you don’t have one, you can order a DynamicOrgan® System and will receive a peristaltic pump in addition to your kit of choice.
