Myk2026 is a joint anniversary meeting of the Deutschsprachige Mykologische Gesellschaft (DMykG) and the Österreichische Gesellschaft für Medizinische Mykologie (ÖGMM). This event brings together experts from microbiology, infectious disease research, epidemiology, and many more to tackle the major challenges of the field—rising numbers of invasive fungal infections, the emergence of new pathogens, and the relentless spread of antifungal resistance.
