Terms & conditions of participation in the competition (EUROOoCS 2024)

By participating in the competition, the participant accepts the following conditions of participation:

The winners will be determined from all correctly registered participants after the respective entry deadline, excluding legal action. The winners will be notified by e-mail.

Participation in the competition is free of charge.

The winner of the competition will receive a small DynamicOrgan Developers Kit free of charge.  

The participant that has submitted the guess closest to the correct amount will be eligible to win. In case the closest guess has been submitted more than one time, all winners will be entered into a draw. The decision will be made by drawing lots under guarantee of the random principle. Cash payment, exchange, or transferability of the prize to other persons is excluded.

By participating in the competition, the participant expressly agrees that Dynamic42 GmbH may store the data required for this purpose for the duration of the competition/draw and beyond. The participant is free to revoke this consent at any time and thus withdraw from participation. The revocation can be made by e-mail (info@dynamic42.com).

By completing the form for the quiz, you agree that Dynamic42 GmbH may invite you to events and conferences.

Dynamic42 GmbH reserves the right to change the competition, the conditions of participation, the duration and the prizes offered at any time and without giving reasons.
