Terms & conditions of participation in the SOT 2025 draw

By participating in the draw, the participant accepts the following conditions of participation:

The winners will be determined from all correctly registered participants after the respective entry deadline, excluding legal action. The winners will be notified by e-mail.

Participation in the competition is free of charge.

The winner of the competition will receive a LEGO® clean bench free of charge.

The participant that has followed the Dynamic42 LinkedIn or Bluesky company page and registered for our Newsletter will be eligible to win. The decision will be made by drawing lots under guarantee of the random principle. Cash payment, exchange, or transferability of the prize to other persons is excluded. Price needs to be collected at the Dynamic42 SOT25 booth #527 and will not be sent via post. If prices are not collected until Wednesday 19th of March 2025 draw host reserves the right to hand the price to another participant in the draw that will be able to collect it from the booth.

By participating in the draw, the participant expressly agrees that Dynamic42 GmbH may store the data required for this purpose for the duration of the competition/draw and beyond and publicly announces them as winner of the competition on Social Media. The participant is free to revoke this consent at any time and thus withdraw from participation. The revocation can be made by e-mail (info@dynamic42.com).

Dynamic42 GmbH reserves the right to change the competition, the conditions of participation, the duration and the prizes offered at any time and without giving reasons.
