Xiomara García Dalloz joins Dynamic42 as Lab Assistant

Xiomara is a trained microbiologist with extensive experience in supporting biopharmaceutical research and industry. Before joining Dynamic42, she worked as Analyst at a service provider for bioanalytics in Hamburg and spent some years as Senior Technical Assitant at InflaRx in Jena. In these roles, she specialized in the development and validation of cell-based immunoassays.

Her expertise spans immunofluorescence and cell sorting in both preclinical and clinical studies, all conducted under strict regulatory standards. With her hands-on experience in laboratory workflows and regulated environments, Xiomara will play an important role in improving our R&D processes and strengthening our laboratory operations.
